-역외순도검사(offshorepuritytesting)증거로ISTAOrangeInternational인증서,
NAL인증서또는SeedAnalysis인증서인정
-블렌딩 전 역외에서 순도 검사를 받은 FCL 화물에 대하여 곡식수시렁이 (Khapra
beetle,학명:Trogodermagranarium)의잠재적위험을관리하기위한추가요건요구
■파종용Perseaamericana종자
(2020년2월13일에게시)
무역부족으로인하여부처는Norfolk섬에서수입되는파종용Perseaamericana종자의
수입 경로를 제거하였다. 이 경로가 다시 허용되기 위해 관련 생물안보 위험에 대한
수입요건검토가이루어져야한다.이와같은검토는요청에따라수행될것이다.

Undertherevisedconditions:
Coffeaspp.seedimportedforsowingpurposesmustbesubjecttomandatorytreatmentto
better manage the risk of Hypothenemus hampei (coffee bean borer), a high priority pest
for the Australian coffee industry. Treatment must occur in accordance with one of the
followingoptions:
-phosphineatarateof1.0-1.5g/m³for10daysattemperaturesbetween15-25°C,or
-phosphineatarateof1.0-1.5g/m³for7daysattemperaturesabove25°C,or
- methyl bromide fumigation at atmospheric pressure (32g/m³ for 24 hours at 21°C and
above),or
-coldstorageat-18°Cfor7consecutivedaysstartingwhenthecoretemperatureofthe
consignmentreaches-18°C.
TheimportpathwayforseedsourcedfromHawaiihasbeenremovedasthephytosanitary
requirementswereconsideredtobeinsufficienttomanagebiosecurityrisktoanacceptable
