been updated to clarify that all countries may import Mangifera spp. seed and Mangifera
indica seed into Guam, Hawaii, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
● Page 3-140: Table 3-18, Mangifera spp. Seeds for Planting, have been updated to clarify
import requirements and correct the list of countries from which Mangifera spp. and
Mangifera indica seed are admissible.
○ Specific Plant Restrictions: The above changes were made to the corresponding
Reference Document in ACIR.
● Pages 6-642 & 6-643: Entries for Mangifera spp. and Mangifera indica in Table 6-14,
"M" List of Regulated Plants for Planting With Specific Restrictions, have been updated to
clarify import requirements for Mangifera spp. and Mangifera indica seed and correct the
list of admissible countries.
○ Mangifera seed and Mangifera indica seed Commodity Import Requirements (CIR)
documents have been updated in ACIR to reflect the above corrections.
